If you are not receiving email notifications when patients send you a new message but would like to, make sure your notifications settings are correct:
- From the Dashboard, click on the gear icon next to your profile picture to access Settings
- On the left hand side of the screen select ‘Notifications’ under the User header
- Ensure the ‘Email Notifications’ toggle is set to on
