Hale makes it easy for you to streamline new patient requests and follow-up.

Patients can easily initiate new cases right from the Hale app. In addition to allowing patients to send general messages or photos, they can also select from a list of common issues or chief complaints – and Hale then collects diagnostic information based on reported symptoms to ensure clinical teams have everything they need to determine the best course of care. You can easily select the list of triage issues your patients can choose from based on your specialty in the Issue List settings page.
