With Hale Premium, providers can easily schedule secure telemedicine appointments with their patients. Scheduling a Video Visit

From the Dashboard:

  1. Open the Video Visit dashboard by clicking the camera icon in the upper righthand corner of the dashboard.
  2. Click the plus to add a new visit, then find the desired patient in the list or search for them by name.
  3. Fill out the appointment details: date, time, duration and provider.
  4. Click “Schedule Visit”

The visit will be scheduled and the patient will receive a notification through the app, as well as an email confirmation of the appointment.

From the Patient Case View:

  1. Open the Video Visit tray by clicking the camera icon in the upper righthand corner of the patient profile.
  2. Fill out the appointment details: date, time, duration and provider.
  3. Click “Schedule Visit”

The visit will be scheduled and the patient will receive a notification through the app, as well as an email confirmation of the appointment. 

Rescheduling or Canceling a Video Visit
To reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment, simply open the Video Visit dashboard and click the edit icon on the appointment. You can then edit the visit details and click “Save Updates” or delete the appointment by clicking the trashcan icon. Note that you cannot edit or cancel an appointment within 15 minutes of its start time.
