The Hale app is organized into a few simple sections that provide you access to everything the app can do to help you stay connected to your doctor.
The dashboard is your home base: from here you can see all of your active cases and alerts, start a new request or access your profile settings. Simply swipe the cards left or right to access any open cases – including messages and questionnaires. At the top of the screen are icons that let you access your profile settings , see your notifications and initiate new requests.

Tapping the in the top left corner will reveal a panel containing all your account details.
Profile / make changes to your profile or update your settings
Providers / get information about the doctors you are connected to on Hale.
Settings / change your password, manage notifications or get support.
To log out of the app, tap the “Log Out” button at the bottom of the screen.
To go back to your dashboard, close the menu by tapping the again in the bottom left corner of the screen.
The notification center gives you a quick look into any unread messages, questionnaires awaiting a response and system messages. The green dot on the top of the bell indicates that you have new notifications.Tap the to open and close the full list of notifications. Click a notification to open new message or questionnaire.
Starting a New Request
If you’re not feeling well or have a question for your doctor, you can start a new request at any time by tapping the in the top right corner of the Dashboard. You can then select from a list of symptoms or freely describe how you’re feeling. The app will guide you through the process of submitting your request to your doctor and create a new case to capture the conversation.
