Ensure you have a good connection to your internet or WiFi service. Videos, even those taken by cell phones, can be large files and require a consistent connection to be downloaded from the Hale servers. Check your connection and try viewing them again.

You should also check to make sure you are using a browser that supports HTML5. Hale is optimized for Chrome, but works with any modern web browser – including Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer 11+.
