If you are not receiving email notifications when patients send you a new message but would like to, make sure your notifications settings are correct:

  1. From the Dashboard, click on the gear icon next to your profile picture to access Settings
  2. On the left hand side of the screen select ‘Notifications’ under the User header
  3. Ensure the ‘Email Notifications’ toggle is set to on
