If you haven't activated your account, you'll first need to get the app and set up your account before joining the visit.
If you already have an active account, simply log into the app to get started.
At the time of your visit:
- Tap the notification bell icon in the top-left corner of your dashboard.
- Select the Video Visit item to open the appointment detail.
- Tap 'Join Visit' to enter the session.
You'll also receive a push notification reminder ten minutes prior to the visit. Tapping this will take you straight to the visit detail.
Note: you can join a video visit up to ten minutes before the scheduled start time. If your provider has not yet joined, you will see a message saying that they will join shortly.
